Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the masterclass and we do not sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you enroll, we collect your name, email address, and payment information necessary to process the transaction. Payment details are handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers; we receive only a transaction record.

As you use the platform, we record progress data: which lessons you have viewed, your completion status, and your prompt library entries. This is used to power the dashboard and personalize your experience.

We collect basic technical information from your browser (device type, browser version, IP address) for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the masterclass: send you account confirmations and module release notifications, process payments and refunds, track your progress, generate certificates, and provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (Stripe for payments, email service providers, hosting providers); these providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We use analytics cookies to understand how the masterclass is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will prevent the platform from working correctly.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, password resets) and educational emails (new module releases, lesson reminders). You can opt out of educational emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or your account notification settings. Transactional emails are required for account operation.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain transaction records for accounting and legal purposes (typically seven years) but delete other personal information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aipromptingmasterclass.com. We respond to requests within thirty days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. We honor all such rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure server hosting, and limited employee access. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you within seventy-two hours of discovery.

8. Children

The masterclass is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
