Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of The AI Prompting Masterclass and related services. By creating an account or enrolling in the masterclass, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment & Access
When you enroll in the Individual Plan or Executive Edition, you receive lifetime access to the masterclass content for which you have paid. "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the platform, which we commit to maintaining for as long as is commercially reasonable.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials, distribute access codes, or otherwise allow third parties to use the content under your enrollment.
2. Payment
Enrollment is a one-time payment for the tier you select. There are no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Group enrollment terms are negotiated separately and documented in a written agreement.
3. Content Use
The masterclass content (videos, prompts, templates, written materials) is the intellectual property of The AI Prompting Masterclass. You may use the prompts and templates in your professional work freely. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the masterclass content as your own.
4. Refunds
We offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee. If the masterclass is not right for you, request a refund within thirty days of enrollment and we will issue a full refund without questions. Refund requests after thirty days are reviewed case by case. See our refund policy for details.
5. Conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in abuse, harassment, distribution of harmful content, or violation of these terms. Terminated accounts may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers
The masterclass provides educational content. It is not a guarantee of business outcomes, professional advancement, or specific results. AI tools and best practices change rapidly; we update content regularly but make no warranty that the curriculum will remain current with every model release.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AI Prompting Masterclass and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the masterclass. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for enrollment.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled users. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
