Refund Policy

The AI Prompting Masterclass offers a thirty-day money-back guarantee on all enrollments. If the masterclass is not right for you, request a refund within thirty days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

1. The Thirty-Day Guarantee

Both the Individual Plan ($100) and the Executive Edition ($500) are covered by the same thirty-day refund policy. The clock starts on the date of your enrollment payment. You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request, though we welcome feedback.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@aipromptingmasterclass.com with your enrollment email address and a brief note that you would like a refund. Include any feedback that might help us improve the masterclass; this is appreciated but not required.

Refunds are typically processed within three to five business days. The refunded amount appears in your original payment method, usually within seven to ten business days depending on your bank.

3. After Thirty Days

Refund requests after the thirty-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be reasonable; if circumstances warrant a refund, we will issue one. Examples of circumstances we consider: extended technical issues that prevented access, billing errors, or significant changes to the curriculum that affect what you originally purchased.

4. Group Enrollment Refunds

Group enrollment refund terms are documented in your group enrollment agreement. As a default, group refunds within thirty days of payment are honored on a pro-rated basis based on the number of seats activated.

5. Live Workshop Cancellations (Executive Edition)

If we cancel a live workshop, you will be offered an alternative session or a credit toward future workshops. Cancelled workshops do not affect your refund eligibility.

6. What Refunds Do Not Cover

Refunds do not cover third-party costs you may have incurred (subscriptions to AI tools, computing time, or services purchased outside the masterclass platform).

7. Account Access After Refund

When a refund is issued, your access to the masterclass is removed. Any prompt library entries you have created can be exported on request before access ends.
